https://jipkis.stai-dq.org/index.php/home metadata STAI Darul Qalam Tangerang en-US Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan dan Keislaman 2809-2732 https://jipkis.stai-dq.org/index.php/home/article/view/269 <p><em>This School Action Research aims to describe the implementation of the innovative PENA MAS program (*Penguatan Numerasi Anak Maju dan Sejahtera* / Strengthening Numeracy for Prosperous and Advancing Children) and to measure its impact on improving students' basic numeracy skills, logical reasoning, and self-confidence at SMPN 4 Kragilan. Preliminary analysis of the Education Report Card and diagnostic assessments revealed issues regarding students' lack of confidence and challenges in grasping basic numeracy concepts. Employing a qualitative-quantitative school action research approach, the PENA MAS program integrates four key pillars: (1) PENA Pagi (Morning Numeracy), (2) PENA Digital &amp; Kontekstual (Digital &amp; Contextual Numeracy), (3) PENA Rumah (Home-based Numeracy/Parental Partnership), and (4) PENA Keliling (Mobile/Peer-led Numeracy Guidance).
